Pathwise Induction Program
The Pathwise Induction Program is a professional mentoring initiative designed to support educators entering the teaching profession. Through the program, first-year teachers are paired with experienced retired or master teachers and engage in a series of structured learning experiences focused on evidence-based instructional practices that promote professional growth and effective teaching.
Westmoreland County Public Schools congratulates WHS teacher Jarrett Hurd, who successfully completed the program with the guidance of mentor Faye Turner, and CES teacher Anita Reed, who completed the program with the support of mentor Natasha Tate.
